Carla Espinosa

DGN Carla G. Espinosa is a leader whose Rotary journey has been shaped by service, commitment, and a genuine passion for bringing people together for a greater purpose.

A Past President of the Rotary Club of Central Pampanga, Carla has distinguished herself through years of active involvement in Rotary at the club, district, and zone levels. Her leadership experience includes serving as an Assistant Governor of Rotary International District 3790, where she worked closely with clubs and leaders in strengthening membership and advancing Rotary's service priorities.

One of the most significant areas of her Rotary service has been the global fight against polio. Carla has served as PolioPlus Society Coordinator for Rotary International Zone 10A, Philippines, playing an active role in advocacy, resource mobilization, and strengthening the PolioPlus Society across the Zone. Her dedication to this cause has earned recognition for her leadership and commitment to Rotary's promise to create a polio-free world.

Her leadership is also evident in the way she brings Rotary clubs together. As Assistant Governor of Cluster 4A, she helped unite 11 Rotary clubs in collaborative initiatives, demonstrating the power of collective action. Among these efforts was a 120-day nutrition program for children in Bacolor, Pampanga, combined with an End Polio Now awareness campaign.

Carla has likewise been at the forefront of Rotary's response to community needs. In 2025, she helped lead a multi-club relief effort for families affected by flooding in Pampanga, mobilizing Rotary clubs to bring assistance to communities most in need.

Beyond Rotary, Carla is an accomplished professional and civic leader. She has served as President of the Pampanga Chapter of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) and has earned recognition for her leadership in the organization. Her professional experience has complemented her Rotary journey, giving her a strong foundation in organizational leadership, relationship-building, and community engagement.

As District Governor-Nominee of Rotary International District 3790, Carla brings with her a wealth of experience, a strong record of Rotary service, and a deep understanding of the importance of united leadership.

Her journey reflects a simple but powerful belief: when people come together in service, they can accomplish far more than they can alone.
